Flushing

Flushing and pressure testing can be carried out at any stage in a hydraulic system’s operating life. Normally performed as part of the initial commissioning process, flushing should also be carried out as a part of scheduled maintenance or during in any system overhaul in order to maximise the efficiency of the system and extend its operational life. 

QUALITY ASSURED
KT Hire Services is one of the few companies to have achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation under the Lloyds Register for flushing and pressure testing of offshore, industrial and marine hydraulic systems. This ISO accreditation is in addition to the company's ISO9001:2008 standard for its design and manufacturing processes.
 
EQUIPMENT
KT Hydraulics has made considerable investment in the latest flushing, measurement and pressure testing equipment which is now available on short and long-term hire for industrial sites, shipyards and offshore operators.
 
Flushing rigs are available in a variety of sizes to suit the required application. All systems utilise cascade filtration to flush down to just three microns and are supplied as stand alone rigs, with equipment, couplings and valves or as a complete package including operator. For applications and locations where access may be difficult or restricted, units are available with hoses and drum feed.
