Design
From initial concept discussions through to detailed manufacturing drawings and computer modelling, KT Hydraulics’ design engineers provide equipment manufacturers and end-users around the globe with advice and support on projects from day one.
Project Management
KT Hydraulics’ systems are often critical components of larger projects and in many cases need to incorporated from the initial design stage. Through our considerable experience we have developed highly accurate systems and processes to manage our own workflow and its interaction with other elements of our clients’ projects.
KT Hydraulics possesses the necessary accreditations, quality management systems and practical experience to provide OEM and end-user clients with fully tested, critical component systems to the highest international specifications including API, NORSOK and PED 97/23/EC.
Installation & Commissioning
From sub-system assembly at an OEM premises to installation on-board ship or in the oil-fields of Siberia, KT Hydraulics’ design engineers, fitters and project managers provide the complete ‘drawing board’ to ‘fitted and working’ service.
Maintenance
Correct maintenance is critical to optimising the ongoing performance and operational life of any hydraulic system. KT Hydraulics will advise on maintenance procedures and is able to provide the necessary equipment and personnel to carry out system flushing, inspection and testing. API Standards
With many years of experience in design and manufacture to API standards including API Standard 614, Lubrication Shaft-Sealing and Control-Oil Systems for Special-Purpose Applications, 5th Edition, we have an in -depth understanding of the requirements and implications.
