KT Hydraulics also design and manufacture to the individual standards required by a variety of end-users including the MOD & KOC.
Depending on client and end-user, we work with many other standards when it is a requirement to do so, many of which are international, including NORSOK developed by the Norwegian petroleum industry. Other international standards include PED 2014/68/EU and CSA.
The quality we produce in everything we manufacture or service is ingrained throughout the core of the business. All manufacturing is controlled through IS09001:2015 quality management system and is carried out with the aim of minimising their impact on the environment in accordance with their ISO 14001:2015 accreditation. We also use ISO45001:2018 for health and safety purposes. In addition, everything manufactured or serviced undergoes rigorous in-house inspecting, testing and quality control, all of our products can be third party witnessed, approved and inspected by independent control assessors including Lloyds register and DNV.
We design and manufactures to API standards. Working to the highest requirements for Lubrication Shaft-Sealing and Control-Oil Systems which is API 614, 6th Edition. All of our engineers - have a thorough understanding of the standard to ensure we are constantly adhering to the specification.
